The 16th Annual Miss Madness contest has launched and runs March 16-31.
You may vote FREE 5 times per day plus use the sponsored voting method to send additional votes!

On or about March 27, 215 models will be eliminated leaving only the "Sweetest 16" Finalists remaining in the Miss Madness contest. On March 31, the free voting option will concluded so that vote totals can be revealed. Sponsored voting options will remain available until the contest concludes at 11:35PM EST. Winning model will receive a 2026 AltAwards engraved crystal along with option to accept on the 2026 awards show + full bragging rights as 2026 Miss Madness! All decisions by the judges are final!
